Aduana Stars chief George Gyawu claims he was physically assaulted by irate fans of Medeama during their League clash on Sunday.
The Mauves and Yellows secured a comfortable 3-1 win over the visitors at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park. The win has been characterized by allegations of intimidation and assault by irate home supporters.
The Aduana Stars boss claims he was subjected to inhuman treatment by their host...“Officials of Medeama instigated their supporters to attack me. They intimidated and beat me,” Gyawu claimed on Happy FM.
“It was a well-hatched plan and I can say without doubt that some officials (Albert Commey and Moses ‘Parker’ Armah) were responsible for the attack.
“I am warning them that they will also come to Dorma Ahenkro and we’ll see what will happen.
“I’m not threatening anybody but we’ll report the conduct of referee Samuel Sukah to the FA because he was extremely biased.
The victory has seen Medeama open a three-point lead at the top of the Ghanaian Premier League table.
