Afghanistan will meet Russia in the final of the Homeless World Soccer Cup being played in Melbourne this afternoon.

Afghanistan beat Ghana in a penalty shoot out to score a place in the final at Federation Square.

Russia made it through after beating reigning champions Scotland.

The tournament has featured teams from 56 countries and has included a women's competition for the first time
