Albacete president Mauro Pérez says the club will be counting on the ‘rich’ career of new signing Sulley Muntari to boost their season.
The Spanish second-tier side snapped up the former Ghana international on a transfer deadline day on Thursday.
Muntari has been without a club since leaving Deportivo de La Coruña at the end of the 2017/18 season after a six-month contract.
He made 8 appearances in the La Liga and featured against Barçelona and Atlético but could not help the club survive.
"Muntari is a player with a long career that will bring us experience, professionalism and maximum involvement to reinforce even more the core area,'' Pérez said.
