Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan is hopeful of Fiorentina beating Brescia in the Italian Serie A on Monday.
Fiorentina are not entirely safe from relegation but a win against fellow strugglers Brescia will enhance their position on the table.
According to Duncan, the fixture is a must-win game as they want to continue their campaign from where they left off prior to the suspension of the league as a result of the coronavirus crisis.
"It would be fundamental to win. It would mean starting again along the lines of what we were doing before the stop. It's a very important game," La Gazzettadello sport.
Duncan broods over the absence of the fans ahead of the game due to the Coronavirus protocols over safety measures being put in place by authorities.
"The emotions are different. The audience from a different adrenaline, pushes you when you don't have any more. Unfortunately we will have to get used to it, hoping that we can return to normal as soon as possible."
Fiorentina are currently 13th in the league standings with 30 points.
