Alhaji Karim Grunzah, Owner of Kumasi based Division One club King Faisal, has expressed faith in the newly elected Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association after failing in his bid to serve on the committee during the FA’s elections held on Thursday.

Speaking to Ghanaweb after his defeat, the founder of the former Premier League club said his emotions remain undented despite the loss, considering his experience with disappointments in his long years of football administration.

“Why would I be sad, for what? Even King Faisal went to relegation but I am still here.”

He added that his aim of joining the race was to help football administration in the country and believes that the ones the people elected deserve to serve on the committee.

He expressed faith in the elected members saying they earned the votes of the majority. He also shared his expectations for the committee saying he expects them to work hard to grow football in Ghana.
