Accra Great Olympics led by the General manager Oluboi Commodore have filed an appeal against the high court decision last week to throw their case way and Placed another injunction on the Ghana Football Association.

Accra Great Olympics after the appeal in other to stop the FA from going ahead with the league has also applied for a stay of execution against the high court ruling last week.

Accra Great Olympics according Oluboi feels they have not been respected after the ruling last week because the Judge in his ruling establish a Prima facy in their case which should be held by the association but the FA have rubbish their calls after the decision of the high court and reasons for them to go in for the appeal and refrain them from starting the league.

This second injunction puts the commencement of the Premier league in danger again.
