King Faisal head coach Anthony Commey is pleased with his side's performance despite their winless streak in the on-going 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
The Kumasi based side have lost two consecutive games since the start of the new season, having lost away to Dreams in Dawu, before losing narrowly against AshantiGold at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
King Faisal played the last twenty-five minutes of the game against the Miners with 10-men after goalkeeper Alexander Domfeh was sent off for handling the ball outside his area.
Speaking after the game, coach Commey claimed is not worried with the results his outfit is churning out, however he is confident they will start winning games soon.
"They (Ashantigold are ahead of us. They prepared very well for the league compare to us who are still getting our team," he said.
"I was quite pleased with our performance because with a man down we still pushed forward it’s quite unfortunate we couldn’t get the breakthrough".
On Alexander Domfeh red card, he noted, "I don’t what transpired there, I was a bit far from them. What I know is the ball didn’t hit his hands so he was explaining to the referee that, but the referees wouldn’t listen and decided to show him another yellow card."
King Faisal will travel to Dormaa to play current champions Aduana stars in match day three of the Ghana Premier League.
