Ghana midfielder Kwadwo won a fourth consecutive Serie A title after his side Juventus were officially crowned champions on Monday with three matches to the end of the season

Asamoah was an 84th-minute substitute for the Bianconeri in their 2-1 win at Fiorentina on Sunday afternoon.

The result meant hat Napoli had to beat Roma to keep the title race going for another week.

But the Partenopei fell to late defeat at Stadio Olimpico, handing the Scudetto to Massimiliano Allegri’s side.

The Turin giants have now won Serie A for the fifth year in a row, equalling their own record from the 1930s, when they lifted the title every year between 1931 and 1935.

Asamoah has battled injuries this term and managed a nine league appearances this season.
