Emmanuel Dasoberi, the Administrative Manager of Asante Kotoko, has revealed some of the club's plans for the upcoming 2024/25 football season.

In a discussion with Akoma FM on Wednesday, June 26, he stated that the club intends to work with no more than 26 players next season.

He reassured fans that Asante Kotoko is committed to signing only those players who are in good shape and prepared to contribute to the team.

"We will work with a maximum of 26 players, and I want to assure our fans that we are signing players who are ready and fit to play for Asante Kotoko," said Emmanuel Dasoberi.

Last season, Asante Kotoko faced challenges in the Ghana Premier League, finishing 6th at the campaign's end.

The commitment of many players who featured for the Reds was called into question.

By the season's close, the club had already offloaded as many as 18 players. There are indications that Asante Kotoko may release a few more players as they refine their squad for better performance.
