Stanley Nyantakyi, also known as the Ashanti Warrior, stopped Isaac 'Messiah' Nettey in round 3 to claim the UBO Africa Featherweight title at SG-Mall in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.

The Ashanti Warrior made quick work of Isaac 'Messiah' Nettey, knocking him down in rounds one and two before finishing him in the third round on Friday night, July 5, 2024.

Nyantakyi had a strong start to the bout, delivering a blistering opening round where he dropped Nettey with a flurry of punches that broke through his defense and sent him crashing to the canvas.

A well-placed punch from the Ashanti Warrior caused Nettey to fall from the ring in the second round. Nyantakyi's relentless barrage of punches proved too overwhelming for Nettey to handle.

Despite showing promise in the third round, Nettey was unable to continue and opted to kneel in the ring, signalling the end of the bout.

With this win, the 23-year-old Ashanti Warrior currently holds the National Featherweight, LBO Featherweight and UBO Africa Featherweight titles.
