Ghana youth star Clifford Aboagye insists it will be a dream come true to don the Black Stars jersey as he eyes a debut call up for the friendly against Mexico in June in Texas, USA.
He says it will be a great pleasure to face the North American country.
Clifford, 22, is currently plying his trade in Mexico for Atlas FC on loan from Spanish side Granada CF where he has managed eleven appearances with six starts.
"In my prayers I always asked to play in a professional league, and now I'm doing well here. It would be a dream come true to reach the senior team and I think the friendly against Mexico will be a good match for us and for me it would be a great pleasure to face them. " he told ESPN Digital.
"People are following me. I always work hard to put my flag on top because I already participate in two U20 World Cups and people follow me.
"I will continue to work hard, and train hard to achieve my goals."
