God-fearing Ayew brothers, Andre and Jordan Ayew paid a surprise visit to the Muslim community of Nima, a suburb of Accra and donated food items to the people with just two days to end the holy month of Ramadan.

In their quest not to allow the blessings of Allah to elude them in the holiest month, the Ayew brothers donated ten bags of rice, six boxes of oil and ten cartons of milk to the Kado Mosque, a popular mosque in the community.

The two Black Star players Andre then visited the Firdaus Foundation for Social Services Mosque at Nima Roundabout to observe the Islamic congregational prayers on Friday.

Flanked by GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi and Communication Director Sannie Daara, they all observed their prayers on the last Friday of Ramadan.

Leadership of the mosque led the duo through intercessory prayers after the landmark prayer gathering.

The brothers took the opportunity to make a significant donation to both the “Sarkin Kado” Mosque and the Firdaus foundation for Social Sevices mosque.

Meanwhile the duo have been excused from the Black Stars squad to face USA and Mexico in two successive friendlies in the United States.
