Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew took his tally to 12 goals on Sunday following his strike for Swansea City against Manchester City in the Premier League final match day.
The 26-year-old’s free kick took a deflection off City’s wall into Joe Hart’s net, to help the Swans share the spoils 1-1 at the Liberty Stadium.
Ayew had been tied on eleven goals with Iceland midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson, who was sidelined for Sunday’s match.
Kelechi Iheanacho opened the scoring for the visitors, who were fighting for a Uefa Champions League spot which they eventually achieved despite Swansea’s equaliser.
Ayew, who was named Swansea's Newcomer of the Year, scored against Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspurs, West Ham United, Liverpool and Manchester City during the course of the campaign.
The Welch outfit finished the season in 12th position with 47 points.
