Ayew lavishes praise on Bielsa

Ghana winger, Andre Ayew is full of praise for his Olympic Marseille manager, Marcelo Bielsa.

The 59-year-old has made Marseille a competitive club again in the French top-flight after a dip in recent times.

The 1993 European Champions currently lead the Ligue One table after 18 matches.

“The staff is killing us. The required work was sometimes complicated to accept or understand especially at first.

“We made a lot of sacrifices, lived five intense months. There have been changes in the beginning but we adapted, everyone has his," Ayew told the club's website.

“The staff has his techniques and culture. It work differently and has progressed. Individually, it improves with Marcelo Bielsa,"he added.

Marseille will take on Lille in a week 19 fixture this Sunday. That will be the last match at club level for Ayew who will be joining Ghana’s camp for the 2015 Afcon in Equatorial Guinea.
