Ghanaian midfielder Aziz Tetteh has joined Polish giants Lech Poznan after passing a medical on Tuesday morning, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 25-year-old signed a three-year contract to leave Platanias and become the latest signing for the champions.
Tetteh cut his holidays in Ghana short to return to his base in Greece last week where he was told he was being sold to Lech Poznan.
The Black Stars hopeful then got into a flight to Poland to undergo medicals and subsequently sign for Lech.
“I think it’s a big club and it is a big step in my career also,” Tetteh said after signing the contract.
“I hope everything goes well so I could help the team to achieve its goals.”
Tetteh who played for Liberty Professionals will have the chance to play in the prestigious UEFA Champions League with Lech qualifying for the competition after winning the domestic league.
