BA Utd in Drastic Changes

he CEO, of B/A United Roy Arthur ,has taken a giant and a bold step in dissolving the management and the technical staff of the team.A dec ision, that has taken a long over due to make could have nearly sent the team to their favorite grave, though the league is still at its infantile stage.BA United problem have been a recurring one over the years and l still don't understand why this current CEO still allowed himself to be trapped around the same web whilst there were so many precedent to be learnt from.Thank God, he has finally seen the light and from hence, all will be well with the team provided he stick to his decision of not calling those he sacked back into the squad.

B/A United problem over the years ,have been the kind of management that leads the team, any time a CEO is appointed. For the past three or four administration of the club, had a recurring and re appearing of certain weevil identities in the team whose only aim routinely, is to get their daily bread from the club by any means. Those people practically mingle themselves with any CEO appointed so lies, backbiting and other tactical vices that keeps their stomach going becomes the order of the day.The same faces appeared at then BA Stars and they survived not.

Roy, totally made mistake in paying some of the management members from 500 cedis and leaving others unpaid so once we are in human society jealousy will definitely set in.

There was also a problem of putting unnecessary pressure on coach Frimpong Manso in his selection because the players in the team belongs to some of the management members so in order to hurriedly get them sold leads to interferences of the coaches selection.

Apart from the media men who were in the management team, it is also alleged that, only one of them could be fluent in English which cost the team before referees at pre-match meetings because such low profile characters could not stand the high and powerful delegation of the likes of Kotoko and Lions.

Also, lack of proper supervision by the CEO and some of the management members sometimes gave the playing body free day and no wonder some of the players were alleged to have been indulged in betting practices.

The supporters of the club also needs to contribute financially and spiritually to the club not only gate fee,the team lacks luck -so maximum prayers needed.

The word to wise--------------------l am done
