Ghanaian full-back Abdul Baba Rahman is in line to return to the Chelsea squad for their UEFA Champions League game on Tuesday night after sitting out of their Premier League win against Norwich City.
The former Augsburg player travelled with the squad to Israel on Sunday for the game against Maccabi Tel Aviv, the club he made his Chelsea debut against. Baba Rahman is set to start the game on the left of defence for his London club.
Chelsea will be looking for their first win on the road in Europe since they beat German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 a year ago.
Chelsea are second on their Group G table with 7 points after four games. FC Porto lead the group with 10 points, Dynamo Kyiv third with 5 points with Maccabi Tel Aviv yet to register a point in the group.
