Mas-ud Didi Dramani has been appointed by the Ghana FA as coach of the U-20 team Women’s football team of Ghana, following the resignation of Bashiru Hayford.

Allsports.com.gh understands that Ashanti Gold wrote to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) that they needed the full concentration of their head coach, Bashiru Hayford, who was doubling as the coach of the national U-20 Women’s football team of Ghana.

The Miners, who are 7 points clear of their nearest challengers, Berekum Chelsea in the ongoing First Capital Plus Premier League and are determined to win their first league title, since 1995/96, wanted their head Coach Bashiru Hayford to concentrate on the job in order not to lose focus.

Mas-ud Didi Dramani, who has been jobless since February, following the termination of his contract by Asante Kotoko has been appointed as the new coach of the Black Princesses to replace Bashiru Hayford.

Didi Dramani added his name to the history books of the FIFA U-17 World Cup when he guided the Black Maidens to become the first African side at that level to win bronze in 2012.

He was then after named as Coach of Asante Kotoko and helped them win two league titles in 2012-13 and 2013-14.
