Bechem United boss insists Great Olympics are being mischievous

Bechem United Chairman Kingsley Osei Bonsu popularly known as Lord Zico says Accra Great Olympics are being mischievous after securing an injunction to stop the start of the Ghana Premier League.

The launch of this season's Ghana Premier League didn't happen as well as the GFA's ordinary congress following the action by Olympics.

Since that development, a lot of reactions have cone through- the latest to comment is Kingsley Osei Bonsu who has expressed disappointment at the failed launch and commencement of the league.

“Great Olympics are just being mischievous and wants to create problems for the Football Association. Everyone wants to take advantage of the Association”, Osei Bonsu said.

Great Olympics’ basis for the injunction was Bechem United using an unqualified player last season, chairman of the respondent, Mr. Bonsu maintained his side never fielded an unqualified player and were subsequently cleared by the FA’s Disciplinary Committee.

“Let us not pay attention to Great Olympics because we never used an unqualified player last season and I’m disappointed when they say the association is doing Bechem United a favor for a kind gesture to the Premier League Board two years ago”, he concluded.
