Operations Manager for Bechem United Nana Kwesi Darlen has confirmed his outfit will take part in next year’s CAF Confederations Cup competition.

Bechem United beat Okwahu United in the MTN FA Cup grand finale last weekend to secure the slot for the CAF Confederations Cup.

There have been consents as to whether Bechem United can partake in the continental competition following the huge financial cost in participating in Africa.

Nana Kwesi Darlen confirmed the club is ready and has the financial backing to participate in the Africa club competition campaign.

”Winning the MTN FA Cup is the best feeling ever in my life as a football Administrator; we put the ball on the turf and control it very well: our style of play is like Barcelona,” he told Koforidua-based Kingdom 101.9FM

“Bechem United will participate in next seasons CAF Confederations Cup and I promise you the Club has the financial backing to participate in the competition and make Ghana proud we will need the support of all Ghanaians.”

Ghanaians clubs have been struggling to make an impact in Africa and Bechem United will be hoping to restore Ghana’s glory in next seasons CAF Confederations Cup campaign.
