Ghana's Women's U-20 side, the Black Princesses, earned a resounding 4-0 win over Women's Premier League champions Hasaacas Ladies in a friendly on Friday, August 2, 2024.
The match, played at the Cape Coast Stadium, saw Salamatu Abdulai net a brace as Princess Owusu and Abiba Issah scored a goal each to seal the win.
Salamatu broke the deadlock in the 26th minute of the game to give the Princesses the lead.
She scored her second in the game with a superb finish minutes into the second half.
Princess and Abiba later stepped up to score two late goals to seal the win for the Black Princesses.
The match formed part of preparations for the Black Princesses ahead of the 2024 U-20 Women's World Cup.
Ghana is in Group E of the U-20 Women's World Cup and will face Austria, New Zealand, and one-time winners, Japan.
The match also served as preparation for Hasaacas Ladies, who are also going to play in the CAF Women's Champions League qualifiers in August.
