The Black Queens defeated Ghana Soccer Angels 4-0 in a friendly game on Tuesday.
Grace Asantewaa, Priscilla Okyere, Portia Boakye and Gladys Amfobea were all on the scoresheet.
The ladies used the game to prepare for the upcoming WAFU Championship.
The female senior national team have been drawn in Group A alongside hosts Ivory Coast, Niger and Burkina Faso in the sub-regional tournament.
African champions Nigeria are in Group B with Togo, Benin and Senegal for the maiden edition of the competition.
The 2018 WAFU Women Championship will kick off on February 10-24 in Ivory Coast.
