Black Stars Letter Of Condolence To The Family Of Alhaji Bimbo

We, players of the Ghana national team are deeply grieved to hear of the death of Alhaji Mohammed ‘Bimbo’ Musah.

As players of the Black Stars we have had several fruitful encounters with Alhaji Bimbo especially on occasions when he made several donations to the various national teams.

Some members of the team have also been managed by Alhaji Bimbo which is even more difficult for us but we cannot fathom the ways of the Creator.

Alhaji was such a well-liked person that, it is difficult to accept that he is not with us any longer and it is in this light that we want to express our sincere condolences to his daughter Rashida and his family.

We will miss him because he had a contagious sense of humour, he was generous, courageous and he provided decisive leadership to his club Midjyjjland.

As most of us are based in Europe, it is times like this that we most feel the physical distance that separates us from the rest of the country as it would have been much better for us to convey our condolences in person.

Despite the vast distance between us, we wish to express our sympathies to the family of Alhaji Bimbo and the Ghana football fraternity for losing such a heavyweight.

Obviously, the aforesaid does not come to minimize the hurt and pain in any way.

But in these difficult circumstances, we hope we can help to ameliorate the pain felt by family of Alhaji Bimbo.

Thank you.

With our heartfelt sympathy,

The Black Stars.
