Footyghana can authoritatively confirm that Nations Cup favourites, the Black stars of Ghana have secured two friendly dates with Senegal and Ivory Coast during this month's FIFA International match days for friendlies.
Footyghana sources reveal the Black stars will as part of preparations towards the start of the 2012 African Cup of Nations, engage the Terenga Lions of Senegal in a friendly on Friday, November 11 at a yet to be named stadium in France.
Four days later, the Black stars will as well face rivals Ivory Coast in the same country.
Footyghana.com is reliably informed that there will be no special changes in the squad for the two international friendlies.
The Black stars will face Botswana, Mali and Guinea in Group D of the January 21 – February 12 Nations Cup tourney as they aim to win the 28th edition of the continental challenge in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
