Black Stars Still Without A Coach.

“I can only make a move only when I receive official confirmation from the Ghana Football Association concerning my appointment as the Black Stars coach.”

Those were the words of Accra Hearts of Oak Head Coach, ‘Sir’ Jones Cecil Attuquayefio, who is expected to take over the coaching duties of the national senior soccer team, Black Stars. Even though his new role has being discussed by the Football Association and the Sports Ministry, the man has till date not been informed officially about his new job as coach for the Black Stars.

Jones, who led Hearts of Oak to win the Premier League, the FA Cup and the African Club Champions League, hasn’t hidden his intentions about the job. He has made it clear that he’s very much interested in the offer even though he’s still under contract with Hearts of Oak.
