Black Stars assemble on Tuesday for Sudan clash

The Black Stars will begin preparations towards their 2014 World Cup qualifier against Sudan on Tuesday in Accra.

The Ghana team will camp in the nation’s capital for one night after training at the Accra Sports Stadium where the media will be granted access to make interviews after the afternoon session.

The team will then move camp to Kumasi on Wednesday to intensify their preparations towards the game on March 24 at the Baba Yara Stadium.

All players are expected to arrive in the Black Stars camp before leaving for Kumasi on Wednesday after honouring club commitments this weekend. Ghana currently trail Zambia by three points in Group D.

The Black Stars need a win against Sudan on March 24 to remain in close contention of progressing to the final round of qualifiers for the flagship football tournament in Brazil next year.
