Black Stars newbie Yaw Yeboah says his call up into the team has come at the right time insisting it is not too early.
The Ghana U20 star was called as a replacement for injured Jeffery Schlupp but thinks this is the time for him to also get into the team hence his invitation.
“I’ll say the call up has come at the right time. I have been working so hard on and off the pitch to attract such a call up and it couldn’t have come at any better time,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com
“I won’t say the call up has come at an earlier time because this is the time God says I should be there and I am there.
“I only need to work hard to impress the coach and my team mates for them to know that I can do it any time I am called upon,” he added.
The pacey winger was a member of the Ghana U20 side that lost out of the 2017 U20 Afcon qualification to Senegal on goals aggregate and also represented Ghana at the World Youth Championship in New Zealand last year.
