The Ghana Football Association has announced a media itinerary for Ghana's pre-African Nations Cup.

Ghana would play the Bafana Bafana on Sunday in a practice game.

Media personnel would be allowed to sit through the first 30 minutes of the team's morning training session which starts 08.30am at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Complex in Rustenburg.

According to the GFA, it appreciates the role of the media and hope it would comply with the regulated guidelines and security measures instituted at the Ghana team camp.

Saturday January 14

08.30am – Training starts 08.30am – Open training for 30 mins to the media. 09.00am – Session closes to the media

Sunday January 15

16.00pm – South Africa vs. Ghana at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace
