Bless F/C threaten to sue BA United

Cape Coast, Dec 5, GNA - The Management of Cape Coast Bless F/C on Saturday, threatened court action against Brong Ahafo United for breach of contract.

According to Mr. Manase Asare, Chief Executive of the Club, BA United signed on two players from the Cape Coast side, Joseph Quansah and Isaac Quansah for the 2003 Premier League.

He said BA United agreed on a transfer fee of 20 million cedis for the two players and made part payment of seven million cedis to Bless F/C with the promise to make up the balance, in due course.

Mr. Asare said since then, several appeals to Mr. George Arthur, Chairman of BA United for the balance of 17 Million cedis had not been successful.

He warned that if by the end of January, BA United had not settled the debt it would institute court action to recover the amount.
