Tunisian side CS Sfaxien have dragged Ghanaian defender Maman Youssoufou (Seth Konadu) and Esperance to Fifa.
Youssoufou has signed a pre-contract with the Blood and Gold though his current contract with Sfaxien is yet to expire.
Sfaxien have thus sent documents to the world football’s governing body for disciplinary action against the player and the Tunisian giants.
The 23-year-old former Great Olympics right-back has been Sfaxien’s best player for the last two seasons helping them to win both local and continental glories.
Last season the player who is being courted by the Tunisian national team rejected a move to Turkey and just this winter turned down a move to join Ahly Benghazi of Libya.
