English forward of Ghanaian descent, Callum Hudson-Odoi, was on the scoresheet on Tuesday evening when Nottingham Forest defeated Millwall 2-1.

The English Premier League outfit and the lower-tier side faced off on Tuesday in a friendly match as part of their preparations for the 2024/25 football season.

In a game that produced three goals, experienced striker Chris Wood had the first say when his goal in the 16th minute shot Nottingham Forest into the lead.

Later in the second half, Ghanaian winger Callum Hudson-Odoi showed his composure in front of goal and scored in the 53rd minute to double the lead for the English Premier League side.

Although Millwall managed to pull one back as proceedings went on, it was not enough to deny Nottingham Forest their 2-1 lead at the end of the friendly game.

Following his goal on Tuesday, Callum Hudson-Odoi looks to be getting in good form ahead of next season.
