Coach Bogdan: “I never pulled a gun at any player

Former head Coach of Aduana Stars, Milisav Bogdanovic has hit back strongly at striker James Abban and his critics who have falsely accused him of pulling a gun at Abban and attempting to kill him.

Speaking exclusively to sportscrusader.com, the 56 year-old Montenegrin said it was never true that he aimed a pistol at the striker and attempted to shoot him after the striker failed to adhere to his instructions.

Bogdan is insisting that he believes it was a planned idea between the player and some Aduana officials so they could kick him out for them to have their way in running the club.

According to the tactician, investigations conducted by both the Police and Aduana officials proved that the reports against him were false. He has therefore appealed to all, especially football followers to ignore the alleged claims by James Abban and as a matter of urgency stop spreading falsehood about him.

Bogdan who is credited for shaping the play of Bechem United during his stay with the club in the Ghana Premiership said “The reports are totally false. Nothing of that sort occurred and I don’t ever remember pulling a gun at any player, never, never, never. James Abban concocted the story with some guys because they wanted me out. I have been vindicated by the Police investigations so I want the entire World to know that the reports against me were false”.

“Abban is a liar who tried to tannish my image by spreading negative reports about me. He should be ignored by all. If he wants to progress in his career he has to learn to be honest at all times”.
