Two top officials of the Ghana Olympic Committee Olympic (GOC) have sacked in Australia.

According to viral media reports, the two officials (name withheld) could be questioned by Australian authorities for roles in the visa fraud that has led to some Ghanaians being detained.

More than 70 Ghanaians have been detained in Australia over visa fraud.

Last Monday, over 50 Ghanaian journalists were deported from Australia – the Australian authorities claimed they weren’t convinced by the journalists’ reasons for traveling to Australia for the Commonwealth Games which start today, April 4th.
