Asante Kotoko striker Saddick Adams is delighted with his side's team spirit ahead of their crucial CAF Confederation Cup return leg against CARA Brazzaville on Wednesday.
The Porcupine Warriors were all smiles as they enplane to Congo for the massive showdown on Monday morning in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.
The Ghanaian giants take a slender 1-0 lead into the reverse fixture amid widespread suspicion of a waiting frustration for the two-time African champions.
But striker Saddick Adams believes the team spirit will carry them through.
“We all know it’s not going to be easy. But we’ve got to believe – and I think the guys do – that we can do well," he said
“When we take a knock on the chin, team mates have got to help each other out. We’ve got to stick together in the bad times as well as the good.
"To be honest, though, I think that’s something – sticking together – we do really well. It's never going to be easy in Congo but I believe we have enough quality to scale through."
