Information gathered reveals that Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Kofi Boakye is set to resign from the Ethics Committee of the Ghana Football Association.

According to a reliable source Kofi Boakye who sat on the alleged bribery case leveled against Techiman City Football Club was not qualified to sit on the case in question.

Techiman City football club sits on top of Zone I of the Ghana Division One League with 57 points.

But the Ethics Committee has placed a ban on them for a supposed match fixing scandal in their week 22 match against Wa African United played at the Damongo Park.
