Spanish Club Deportivo Alaves have made things difficult for Ghanaian attacker Patrick Twumasi as they demand more cash to release the 25-year-old.
Twumasi has been growing frustrated at the Club following Coach Asier Garitano’s refusal to hand the Ghanaian regular playing time.
Ghanasportsonline.com understands the player has sent in several transfer requests which has been turned down by the Spanish side following their huge demands from interested Clubs.
Deportivo Alaves only fielded the Ghanaian international 14 times last season, all coming by way as a second half substitute.
Garitano has surprisingly left out the striker from his team for this weekend friendlies against Sporting Gijon, Real Oviedo and Levante.
The Spanish Club have refused to hand him the needed opportunity to rediscover his Astana form where he scored 60 goals in four seasons.
The forward now has only three weeks to sort himself out before the transfer window closes later this month.
Ghanasportsonline.com sources reveal several Clubs are at the doorstep of the attacker who is likely to move this summer.
