Black Queens head coach, Mas-ud Didi Dramani, says numerous Premier League clubs are unable to explore the massive football talents available in the country due to poor scouting techniques.

Unearthing football talents in Ghana is one of the major problems that have derailed the progress of the sports with numerous dazzling talents unable to showcase the skills.

Speaking at the Inter-Regional SHS Sports Festival being held in Cape Coast, the former head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko emphasized the need to improve our monitoring of young talents which could help transform our local clubs.

“The absence of Premier league clubs at this tournament doesn’t speak well about our emphasizes on youth football. I want to make it emphatic that tomorrow’s football can be with the old age but tomorrow’s football can be with the young age. If really you want to transform your team, where can you identify the talents?.

“This is the best forum to recognise these talents and you don’t have to pay to much to see them and these will make the young players feel good,” Didi Dramani added.
