Aduana Stars defender, Hafiz Adams has observed that, not much has been lost after looking at the outcome of his side’s CAF Champions League, second preliminary round game at home to Etente Setif.
The right-back however admits that they have a lot of work to do before the second leg in Algeria ten days’ time. In an exclusive interview with FootballMadeInGhana.com, hard-won lone goal victory, the unused substitute opined that qualifying to the group stage will appease the fans.
“Even though this isn’t what many were expecting from us, that’s the plan of God. We still have more work to do” he said. “Looking at this game, we couldn’t make use of the chances we had. Definitely, we have to work on it.
“In our next game, which will be in Algeria, we have to make sure that, we sail through and I believe we should be able to achieve that feet to bring back happiness to our fans” he ended.
