Duncan wants Lokko as assistant

Accra Hearts of Oak head coach David Duncan has requested for the addition of coach Tony Lokko from Glo Premier League debutants, Amidaus Professionals as an assistant on his technical bench, AllSports.com.gh has reported.

The 2012 CAF Licence B certificate holder has had one blast of a debut season with the Tema-based club as his side lies 8th on the Premier League log and have a date with Asante Kotoko in the semi-finals of the 2013 MTN FA Cup on June 2.

According to All Sports, Hearts of Oak upon the recommendation of coach Duncan have written to request for the services of the coach when the current season comes to an end.

Coach Lokko extended his contract by a year with the premier league debutants last September after guiding the side to secure a premiership ticket.

Currently, Duncan is assisted by Ben Adjei who was promoted from the club’s junior side the Auroras and also served under former coach CK Akunnor. The Phobian’s technical team has seen several changes since Duncan took over.
