Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu is willing to accept a new challenge outside the Serie A after a decade in Italy.
The ex-Berekum Arsenal player moved to Italy in 2010 to join Udinese and has since played in the serie with a brief loan spell at Turkish club Bursaspor.
Agyemang-Badu helped Udinese to play in the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, and believes it is time to accept a new challenge elsewhere.
"I think I need a challenge elsewhere before I can call time on my career," he told Citi FM.
“I've been here for long and played in the champions league and Europa league with Udinese," he added.
“I have also managed to help the club achieve 3rd and 4th place on the league log. It's not easy to be able to do that in Serie A.
“I have also had a spell in Turkey which was good even though I had injuries and had to come back.
“For now I just want to concentrate on my game and on helping Hellas Verona.
“When that’s done and all parties sit and the offer is good why not I’ll accept the challenge,” he concluded.
The Serie A returns this weekend with Agyemang-Badu's Hellas Verona playing Cagliari.
