Ghana Premier League side, FC Samartex, has disclosed that it has not transferred Emmanuel Keyekeh to any club.
The midfielder featured for the Tanzanian side Singida Black Stars FC in a clash against APR FC on Tuesday.
Today, FC Samartex, through a statement, indicated that Emmanuel Keyekeh remains a player of the club.
"The management of Samartex 1996 hereby notifies the sporting fraternity and the general public that player Emmanuel Keyekeh has not been transferred to any club. The midfielder continues to be under a valid contract with us and remains an integral part of our team," the club statement said.
FC Samartex further noted that the only player officially transferred by the club is Seidu Dauda Yusuf.
Meanwhile, FC Samartex has assured fans that all steps are being taken to resolve any transfer brouhaha.
"We would like to reassure our supporters to remain calm, as all matters are being handled with utmost care and diligence, and the management is diligently preparing for the upcoming season," FC Samartex stated.
