Dreams FC striker Eric Gawu has praised one of the club supporters, Salifu Sankare who has promised to cloth him for one year.
Sankare who owns Blaze Collections, a boutique off the Accra Girls road around Kanda pledged to provide attires for the experienced striker for a year as he netted fourteen goals last season for Dreams FC in the GN Division One Zone Three League.
A highly elated Gawu who has started donning attires from the boutique indicated that he did not even get that when he was playing for Hearts of Oak which is one of the two biggest clubs in Ghana.
“Not all people can do that, I thank Mr. Sankare very much, I am very happy. When I was even playing for Hearts of Oak I did not get that.” Gawu told dreamsfc.com.gh
“I pray that God will bless him because this modern Ghana no one will do that. Not many people will wish to cloth you, it has been a good three months so far wearing attires from his boutique,”
Gawu added: “His things are quality and I wear some to church. People sometimes ask me where I bought them and I direct them to the place.”
Gawu was Dreams FC’s top scorer as they won Zone Three.
