The experienced custodian rescinded his contract with the Porcupine Warriors on Friday, May 4, after being frozen out from first team duties since the start of the campaign.

GHANASoccernet is reliably informed that Hearts of Oak have made contacts with the agile shot-stopper as they hope to acquire his services for the remainder of the season.

Before the 30-year-old joined Kotoko two seasons ago, he was heavily linked to the Rainbow Club but opted to move to the Kumasi-based side after negotiations broke down at the last moments.

However, in the 2017/18 season, the Phobians have been having goalkeeping problems as they have conceded 13 goals after 11 games despite using all their three registered goalkeepers in the process.

He is expected to fill the void left by Theophilus Jackson, who the club terminated his contract on Friday after failing to convince the technical team.
