Fatau Dauda replaced at Chippa United

South African Premier Soccer League side Chippa United have signed Tashrique Goldman on a free transfer, following the departure of Ghana international keeper, Fatau Dauda.

Dauda left Chippa United a fortnight ago after cancelling his contract due to the club’s inability to honour their signing on fee contract obligations.

Chippa have now fallen on Tashrique Goldman, who is a free agent after leaving South African lower-tier side Milano United.

Goldman’s vast experience in the PSL is on the back of his spells with Pretoria University and Maritzburg United and has also spent three seasons with Chippa United in the past.

Dauda has since joined local Ghana Premiership side, AshGold after agreeing terms for a one-year deal without signing on fee.

As per the terms of his engagement, he will be entitled to salary and be bound by a clause which stipulates that, should he get a new deal elsewhere, AshGold will be entitled to 75% while he (Dauda) will be entitled to 25% of the total transfer amount.
