Newly promoted English Premier League side Leicester City announced the permanent signing of Ghanaian player Abdul Fatawu Issahaku in grand style with a musical performance from a local band.

The 20-year-old joined Leicester City on loan last season from Sporting Lisbon, helping the Foxes win the Sky Bet Championship title and secure promotion to the Premier League.

To celebrate his permanent signing, the Foxes organized a special event with a local band and their fans, The Mercians, at the King Power Stadium.

They surprised Issahaku with a unique rendition of a fan-favorite song.

Fatawu played 43 games for the Foxes last season, scoring seven goals, including his first career hat-trick in a 5-0 victory against Southampton on Filbert Way.

He quickly became a favourite among the Blue Army.
