Ivorian star Nicolas Pepe's romantic relationship with adult film star Teanna Trump has sparked wild reactions among football fans.

After several months of rumours, the couple made their first public appearance together as the footballer's sister, Corinne Pepe, shared an image of them at dinner on Instagram.
