Football is governed by regulations - Oluboi Commodore responds to critics
General Manager for Great Olympics Oluboi Commodore says football is governed by rules and regulations after his outfit won their protest against Medeama SC.
The Oly Dade lads were declared winners of their protest against the former MTN FA Cup winners in respect of their matchday 12 game played at the Akoon park in Tarkwa by the Ghana Football Association.
Great Olympics were awarded three points and three goals with Medeama also losing three (3) points from the club’s accumulated points from previous matches.
"There are rules and regulations in every sport including Ludo. Clubs like Mamelodi Sundowns and others resort to boardroom points. Rules and regulation are very vital in every competition," Oluboi Commodore told Kumasi FM 104.1 mhz.
"I’m glad Medeama want to pursue the case legally and not through violence, they are eligible to go to every length.
"I can bet you Medeama cannot even appeal the case left alone going to Court of Arbitration for Sports."
