Ghana youth international, Ropapa Mensah, has been nominated for the young player of the year in the annual United Soccer League (USL) halfway awards night.

The Ghanaian import set the United Soccer league ablaze with his dazzling quick feet and superb passing skills for Nashville Town in the second tier of American football.

The lanky attacker capitalized on his stupendous loan spell at Penn FC last year with some impressive four goals and three assists.

A dramatic winner against North Carolina FC headlined Ropapa Mensah’s personal campaign despite the frailties of his team.

The 20-year-old tantalizing playmaker has been nominated alongside Efrain Alvarez, Augustine Williams, Brian White and JT Marcinkowski of Rne 1868 FC.
