Former national player and coach John Eshun has been honoured with a national award by the President.

The ex-Black Stars player is among forty-one individuals to receive awards for their achievements in their various fields.

John Eshun has been conferred with a Grand Medal.

The President, John Evans Atta Mills, as part of Ghana’s 51st Republic Day celebrations made the announcement.
