Fred Crentsil set to win Ghana FA vice president position

Fred Crenstil is tipped to win the Ghana Football Association vice presidential seat on Tuesday when the election is held in Accra.

The Hearts of Oak CEO is expected to fight fellow Executive Committee members Adam Munkaila and MNS Doe to become the second most powerful man in Ghana football.

The election is expected to be held during the GFA’s Executive Committee meeting on Tuesday.

The trio is fighting to replace Jordan Anagblah who died three months ago after serving in the position for some few months.

Crentsil, who is a hugely popular figure among his colleagues on the Executive Committee, will thrash his two competitors to win seat.

According to polls, the astute football administrator could win a landslide victory with over 80% of the voters likely to cast their votes for Crentsil.

Munkaila, according to the polls, will place second while Doe will finish at a distant third.

It is however not known if any other candidate will throw his hat into the ring.
